Hello Church,
What an amazing message the Lord gave us this past Sunday. What excites me most is that God is inviting us to experience 100% of His love and Glory! Truthfully, I can’t wait!!
While you continue pressing in and praying for God to speak to into your life at this time, you are invited to do whatever you can to bless our Westside Costa Mesa neighbors and the learning center.
As Olga shared on Sunday, there are at least three areas where we can provide immediate assistance:
1. MILK. There is an ongoing need for milk, to assist larger families who need more than one gallon a week. It would be so amazing if we could fill their church’s refrigerator to 100% of capacity each week! Please consider bringing milk on Sundays. For those who are not able to attend the open-air gathering, you can financially contribute as well. If you wish to do this, please connect with me and I will help you set that up.
2. VIRUS RELIEF. I am in the process of taking names of those who want to provide assistance to those families in the area who are quarantining due to Covid-19 infection. If you want more info on how you can help with this effort, please let me know.
3. EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT. As Olga shared, the learning center strives to break dysfunctional cycles through education. There is an immediate need for assistance and mentorship to the teens they support. If your heart has been stirred to this, please let me know as soon as you can as their school programs will begin next Monday.
BUT THAT IS NOT ALL!! We all have gifts and talents and the Lord may also see other needs for this community that you are uniquely qualified to provide. I’ve already heard some great ideas and I want to be sure all ideas are explored and offered. I am organizing a group call to discuss these ideas. If you want to be part of this call, please let me know.
